Did a search and can't seem to figure out if you can get a 265/70-17 to fit without rubbing on a Limited. It seems that the TRD Pro wheel causes rubbing with the +4 offset with the wheel at full lock in reverse. Anyone try this tire size on a Limited with +15 offset like on the SR5 and regular TRD Off Road wheel to see if that gets rid of any rubbing problem? Thanks!

265/70-17 is the stock tire size on a SR5... So to think that it would rub in stock configuration would mean Toyota didnt do their homework or the difference in suspension components between models is vastly different. I highly doubt that is the case. My SR5 did not have any rubbing issues with the stock wheels and tires. I installed 275/70-17 Nitto's on 17x8.5 wheels with a -6 offset and had just a tinny bit of rub on the front inner fender liner at full lock before I did a small lift. After the lift, there was no rub.

I doubt the inner fender clearance is going any different between any of the models. Going with a positive offset will probably not cause any rub on the body/ inner fenders or mud flaps. Now rubbing on the upper control arm, that may be where it may rub as you are sucking the tire/ rim in more. But again, I dont see it being difference between models.

From my reading, unfortunately it seems like the Limited is a bit different than the others in front tire clearance. I'm planning on picking up either the SR5 or the OR wheels with the +15 offset. Unless I get some definitive info, probably will go with 255/70-17 which is about a half inch shorter. Thanks!

Since mine is lifted my info wont be useful to you. But I can tell you my Limited had a easy fender liner mod than my TRD ORP to fit 285/70R17 tires. TRD ORP I had to cut little bit from the bottom of the bumper.

Here is a great reference for wheel/ tire sizes. If you notice, the Limited stock diameter is .04" (about 1/16") smaller than the SR5 diameter. I think you would be fine going with a 265/70-17. If you feel you need a little more clearance, drop to a 65 AR or 255 width with a 70 AR...

1D466897-9412-4605-B5C2-DB3090FB71C9.jpg I know this was a while ago but I just installed 17” from the ORP and a set of Falken Wildpeak AT3W 265/70/17 in SL load range on my 2018 Limited and can confirm it will just barely rub while fully cocked in reverse on the driver side. It seems the liner is slightly different on the drivers side. A heat gun and 5 minutes fixed it for me.
