4hi vibrations need help!

bilstein 5100's, ome coils, freedom offroad upper control arms, hayden 699 trans cooler

2005 4runner V6 4x4

I've been obsessively chasing vibrations through the floor that only happen in 4hi(center diff unlocked), the vibration occur in rising speeds between 45-55mph and get worse with heavier acceleration. This only happens in (4hi), when driving in 2hi the truck drives smooth with no issues.

Diff fluid and tcase fluid are good and trans fluid is red!
I also retorqued all my suspension components and took the front drive shaft for new u-joints and balancing however the vibration is still there. Any ideas ?
