Who makes the "Raptor" lights that mount into the fake hood scoop opening on TRD Off Roads ?

After quite a bit of research, it seems that there is only a light bar that fits the fake hood scoop for 5th Gen 4R's. I was hoping for just 3 amber lights.

Thanks for the reply. You are probably right. I believe that the Taco fake hood scoop is wider than our 4R. Maybe I'll just buy the amber "raptor" grill lights from 4runner lifestyle.

I ahve not seen in person someone with the hood scoop lights on a 4Runner, but saw a Dodge Ram with them. Pretty poser-ific.

I saw this company on FB group who makes hood scoop light for 4Runner.

But I could not get a clear video how to remove the engine cover without breaking anything and then how to do the install. I wonder if there is any glare as well. Fit an finish of this product vs original hood scoop is a big concern too.

$400 for a hood scoop light vs other available options are hard to justify to me too.

Removing the OEM hood scoop is easy. 3 tabs that need to be squeezed to release upwards, 4 bolts. They clearly supply a new scoop along with the light and at $400, assume it is color matched as well? FWIW, this would be illegal to activate on the road (most states do not allow any active lights above the level of the headlights) but also for not having a cover on them for anal retentive states that require one when mounted on a road going vehicle. Is anyone really going to get a ticket for it? Probably not, but if you run across someone who just wants to bust your balls (think window tint), then the possibility is there.

What about cab lights on a 3/4 ton or 1 ton pick-up ? They are above the headlights.

Definitely not going to run full-time. It will only run along with my other lights bar.
As the first step I looked at how to remove my engine cover thing but I'm scared if I would break it trying to remove it for the install. And the other doubts are still there. Why I didn't put much attention to a mod like that.

Forward light producing light bars would be illegal in most states, maybe all, not glowing low voltage LED raptor style lights.
