Fog Lights worked, but now they do not.

After installing OEM fog lights on my '05 SR5, they worked fine for about three weeks, and then poof, they stopped working. I have replaced the fog light relay as well as the 15amp micro fuse in the engine bay's fuse box but that did not fix the problem.
The fog lights are LED, as are all of the headlamps, turn signal, reverse, and driving lights, and those have no problems at all.
If anyone has suggestions I greatly appreciate it!

What voltage do you get at the fuse for the fog lights when on?

Did you apply 12v directly to the fogs to see if they are still working?

How do I check the voltage at the fuse box, and how do I apply 12V directly to the lights?

You need a multi meter and learn how to troubleshoot the issue with it. A simple one is cheap.

For the 12v test, disconnect the light, use a wire from the battery and a wire to ground on the light terminals to verify the lights are working. Being LEDs, you will need to know which terminal is hot and which isn't so you need to get the wiring schematic for the vehicle or for the LED lights so you don't fry something.

If you just throw parts at it, you probably won't figure it out. You need to narrow down the problem.

Right now, the problem domain includes the fog light switch (which is probably on the steering wheel stalk), the wiring to the fuse block, the fuse block, the fuse, the fog light relay, the wiring to the fog lights, and the LED fog lights themselves. To narrow it down, you need to test pieces of the circuit.

If you don't have the Factory Service Manual, I would get it. They have a wiring diagram that shows all connections and wires on the car. I get mine from ebay...usually some Korean dude is posting downloadable PDFs for $15. Totally worth it.

I have a multimeter but have not used it in such a long time, I don't recall how to use it.
I don't have the service manual so I will search ebay for it.
I had hoped this wasn't going to be such a task.

Possibly. How do I check it?

The plug @ lamp just use multimeter & check the connector to GND (check both if you're not sure which one is PWR or GND) if you have 0 ohms good GND. high ohms or Open bad GND.

I replaced the LED fogs with 9006 halogens and the halogens work fine. I assume the problem using the LEDs is their lower amperage.
Is there a simple remedy to go back to LEDs?

in-line resistor if the LED's are lower amps?
