Finished up a DIY sleeping platform with ideas from @MeefZah, Trail4r.com, YouTube, my car stereo "guy". Write up coming.

Main function was tie downs, storage, and to level the trunk are for sleeping. I am cutting a shimmed platform soon.

Nice work. I'm going to need to figure something out soon. I've got an event I'm heading to in October and these are all great ideas for me. I've even thrown around the idea of just getting a folding table that folds up to the same height as the back seats to use as a sleeping platform. I'd be able to pull it out and use it as a table when I'm not sleeping in the car.

Would love if you possibly have specs for this. Seems like a great option

Hauling a long box flat was the final push for me to build a leveling platform with a storage under it for my tools. Not a master at carpentry, but I was able to succeed in my vision.
