Looking for meso customs door handle covers

I went ahead and placed an order. Once I get shipping confirmation I'll cancel one or the other. Sucks to do it that way, but hopefully can get one set sooner or later lol

 

And I just bought myself a set. I had the sun blasting me in the eyes due to the chrome from the handles last weekend. I'm going on a crusade to cover up shiny stuff inside my 4Runner. Next up: the whole silver plastic trim around the shifter. That thing reflects a lot of sun when the sun's hitting it just right.

 

Anyone know if the fit issue has been addressed? Might they still require some modification?

 

There are indeed in stock! I signed up for email alerts for when they returned but was starting to wonder if the system worked so I started checking the site everyday. Then I read a couple of posts about how they are an ever elusive product and to grab them when I could. I did get an email alert from Meso this afternoon, good to know it was them not me. Here's hoping their shipping is quick.. so can't wait to delete the last of my interior chrome!

 

Honestly, I'd glue them on if I have to. I was blinded by the sun last weekend, and I don't want that to happen again.

 

Anyone have a photo of the back side of the MESO handle?

Are they a tube shape with large opening on one end? Or are they open on the back?

I cancelled my order through Cali Raised as it appears going through Meso directly will be my best bet at actually getting these...at some point anyway

 

I got my Meso Customs interior door handle covers today, and I installed them immediately. These things do a pretty good job of covering up the chrome. It's perhaps tight between the handle and the lock. It might be worth pulling these off and putting a little lithium grease on the top flat portion that comes in contact with the lock, but everything does function properly as is. They were pretty easy to put on. Just pull the handle out and insert longways. Be careful to not have that flat portion that should go under the lock pop upwards. Work the wraparound portion that goes towards the back of the truck into the groove between the handle and the door. I didn't need to trim anything. It took about 5 minutes to do all four handles.

 

I got mine installed today as well. Everything functions. A little rubbing on the lock but it fully seats. I doubt meso could get the fit much better while still keeping these things durable. These are extremely thin as is. I'm satisfied

 

Glad to see everyone finally got theirs. They aren't perfect, but they definitely are an upgrade.

 

Holy shit! I never thought I'd see the day but my handle covers arrived today. Can't wait to throw them on after work!

 

Mine arrived also. Mega easy to put on and definitely worth it to not display my super f'd up wrapping skills.

 

Mine don’t seem to want to go on as easy as the ones I put on my Tacoma. Is everyone using a decent amount of force to try and get them on? I slide them onto the handle but the edges push the cover off the thinner part of the handle before I can get close to putting them on.

 

Not really too much force, mine popped in place just by opening the handle completely.

I ordered mine in April. Got suckered into a lame ass "pre sale" from caliraised, and still nothing. I live maybe 50 miles from there. Fuggin joke.
