Just ran into a guy in a saaaweeeet early 5th gen in Greendale. We rolled down our windows at each other at the exact same time when we rolled up to a red light lol. Had just enough time to admire each others rides and trade some recommendations. He was running ironman suspension, and was looking to get a shrockworks bumper (I think) to add to his sliders. Told him to check out the forum, and the light turned green….

Hope he stops by to introduce himself!

Not yet. I'm rocking CB until it's obsolete. :D

I believe I'll go GMRS sooner or later.

I got some cheap 30 dollar handhelds a while back. Batteries are probably exploded in it

CB equates to AM channel days GMRS is FM version kinda . GMRS you can talk via repeater. You dont have to go buy a 300 dollar 50 watt radio for your rig ( go portable first ) no antenna banging tree limbs  ! Hell ya can have both CB and GMRS. :D

I know. I'm just not going to try using both at the same time. I'll switch over eventually.

A little something interesting for those running KDSS

    https://youtu.be/Ueshf401B0k

I have to say this is becoming one of my favorite channels. If you are interested in how suspension actually works in the real world check out some of his other videos.

Awesome! It's nice to see a video that really exposes the pros and cons. I feel even better about having it after watching this. :D

    Thank you for posting that!

I'll definitely check out some more of his videos.

I have to say it is a pretty ingenious system. Wished they offered it on the Tacoma

It seems like the host of that video concluded pretty much what I thought. People always say that it limits travel, which is half true. It's nice to have someone confirm what I have been saying.

I believe if I ever go really nutso, I'll just delete the system. But, for now it seems to be pretty beneficial to me.

I think Im getting closer to getting a GMRS unit. Kind of hoping for a bit more reliability out of it. On the last outing, I had trouble transmitting again.

Anybody interested in a Bajarack ladder? I'm thinking about putting it in B/S/T. It's been installed once for about 5 minutes and removed.

I see them selling for ~$370-400. I'd take $300 and meet anywhere near S/E Wisconsin. Or, further if you're in the general direction of somewhere I'm traveling to.

    Edit:. Link to product:

You’re probably thinking of the Bajarrek Industries “turret-mounted aerial ladder system- homeowners edition”

Well, the guy who bagged the bear tagged a huge eight pointer and his son got one too. Probably 180 dressed they looked like twins!
