2 inch lift, land cruiser black wheels, bf Goodrich KOs, and skid plates all around

I am look for a decent price tube bumper for my 4Runner so far my searches turned up dry. However I did find a trail gear bumper that will fit a Tacoma of the same year. Will this fit my 4Runner?
