Can you run a snorkel with a cold air intake? Has anyone had a problem running there snorkel in the rain?

You can but the problem is adapting the snorkel to the intake. They are made to fit the OEM intake because cold air intakes don't usually have a way to add piping and they do nothing anyway. Something like an Airaid may have a long enough protrusion into the fender to clamp the snorkel piping.

Agree with the above, but no. No one makes a plug and play CAI and snorkel as its redundant anyway. The snorkel is a CAI as it is drawing air in from outside the engine bay.
