I'm interested in getting crossbars/load bars for my oem sr5 roof rails

I'm looking for ones that over hang and bolt on or clamp on. Safe to use with kayaks so good for atleast 150lbs

    Any suggestions?

Inno makes a good product, and inexpensive. I believe they are a budget brand of Thule; both made in Sweden and the Inno square bars are the same dimensions as the "old" style Thule square bars, back before everything had to be swoopy and curved and visually appealing.

I have 3 sets in varying lengths; one set is permanently mounted to my roof basket so I can just take the basket on and off using the adjusters on the sides instead of having to tinker with the middle and bottom of the basket while on top of the roof.

These are my long ones for two kayaks:

    Shorter ones, showing the mount:

    etrailer.com has them

Yakima and Thule also make a very similar setup and there's probably other makers, too; but IMO Inno is a very good quality product for much less than Yak, Thule, etc.

Do you use additional mounts/kayak racks when hauling your kayaks with these?

I do not, just two straps per kayak looped over the bars.
