1998 Toyota 4runner (3rzf-e)

I recently replaced the head to my 3rzf-e 4 cylinder Toyota 2wd. I've put together the whole thing. I had to replace the radiator as well. Got all the lines hooked up and I am left with this line and I can't seem to locate where it goes. I left a picture of the line with two rubber hoses connected on each end of it for info. Thank you!

Looks like a power steering hose or Trans cooler line. I don't think that yr had an engine oil cooler.
