The Tundra was first introduced in early 1999, and is on its second generation (2007+). The first generation was based loosely on the 4th generation 4runner frame and shared many similar components in driveline and chassis. The second generations incorporated more engine options including the 380hp 5.7 V8.

Picked up a Tundra for cheap. Kind of a rare bird. Fully loaded, V-8, 4wd regular cab. Got it from the original owner with a binder full of receipts records. Runs freakin strong! IMG_0990.jpgIMG_0994.jpg IMG_0993.jpg

I'd be all about one if I didn't have to deal with the mpg and trying to park it in my busy ass city with micro parking everywhere, and parking garages that have 6'5" clearances...
    The interiors have mad room.

Only Tundra I really hated was the first gen that came with the fugly stepside bubble bed and the hideous tail lights. Sheesh that thing was ugly.

I love my Tundra Pro. I have lost count of how many Tundras I have owned.

I agree. Every time I start mine I fall in love all over. This must produce the best sound from a factory truck on the market. I think I'm going to install a camper top with roof rack and light bars on top of the camper. Carpet the bed to keep dogs comfy.

A 2004-2006 crew cab with the 2UZ 4X4 I still think is one of the best trucks out there.

I am on number 3 now . 02 access cab 4x4 , 04 double cab 4x4 , 14 crew max 4x4 all of mine have had 3" lifts of all types and and tires and have been wheeled a lot. Absolutely love my Tundra . Best sounding and preforming yet is the 14. Love that V8 rumble.

Got some new rims n tires for Moby Dick. BFG KO2 size 34/10.50R17 on some 17x7 FJC rims. Fit was perfect. No spacers. No rub. IMG_1112.jpgIMG_1113.jpg IMG_1119.jpgIMG_1117.jpg
