Gotta do what it takes to live.
A fresh tank of go go juice.
    And time spent with family&friends.
    Rolling big time.

Looks like you only have about another 350-450k left in her.

My last fill up was a bit over that. Gotta love it! 2008 all over again.

If this was a new silverado or Tahoe now that would be a magical mile stone!

None. Bone Stock. EXCEPT: Brushguard, tow hitch, both welded to the frame. It's good to have friends and a fully equipped garage!
2008? Heck, makes me think of 78! The long lines to buy gas at a station that finally got a delivery, the price on the pump being 1/2 the actual price of the gas, having to only fill up on alternate days, odd number on your liscence one day, even the next...
Except motorcycles! One reason I rode, although the main reason was just that I love to ride. Riding in the beautiful weather in LA, when I was stationed at El Toro, dodging traffic, just out having fun.
I had a friend I rode with, named Bailey. African-American, huge arms. Heck, his arms were bigger than my thighs! We'd pull into the gas station, and when they came out and asked for twice the price shown on the pump, he'd put on an awesome Jamaican (he was from Ohio...) accent and start yelling that they were trying to rob him, he wasn't going to pay twice the pump, etc. after yelling back and forth with the gas station guy for a while, we'd hop on and go. Never did have to pay full price for gas when I rode with him :D
That was the beginning of the end of full service gas stations, sadly.

It was for me. Just graduated boot camp, single, best shape of my life till then, thanks to boot camp, drawing about $600.00 every two weeks, started out in Millington, TN, drinking age of 18 at the time, room and board paid for...
Honestly, the most fun I had was chasing lightning bugs out on their huge grinder. We didn't have lightning bugs in the Bay Area. Sure, I'd seen them in movies, and pictures, but never in "real life". I'd run all over the place, trying to get one in my hand. I had a ball. Maybe I'm just a kid at heart.
I got myself a motorcycle there, too, and would cruise the back roads. Again, I was just having fun.
Then I got stationed in El Toro. Heaven, IMHO. No lightning bugs, but the freeways were a blast for a guy riding a bike.

    Have fun, all!
    Pat☺
