I had the clunk on my Tacoma after lifting it. It was the UCA bushings. I have SPC UCAs & they had a bad batch of bushings. It still does it sometimes but it’s not that bad anymore. Lift is 2/3 years old now

Clunk over speed bumps. At stop signs & always at slow speeds. Good Luck OP & turn the music up it helps! Hopefully it goes away!! Great looking truck!!!

Kolter45 Interesting , I had a slightly different issue I guess but back in October 2021 I installed a 3 " lift and SPC UCA's also. Hopefully they have good bushings now. Mine developed a noise when turning sharply & was more pronounced when turning on an incline. I found a post that said torquing the LCA nuts, the ones that face the rear, fixed the problem and sure enough that did the trick. I had to use all my weight to do it, the specified torque was more than my torque wrench would measure. I had to torque it a second time a few days later. Its been fine since then. BTW it was just the drivers side making the noise but I did torque both sides with a 24" breaker bar. Maybe the alignment shop did not torque them enough or they just loosened up after a 1000 miles.

SPC sent me some replacement parts but haven’t put them on. Seems my lift settled & the noise isn’t so bad now. It was quite the pain get’n SPC to fork up new parts. They require lots of paperwork. The bushing are great now but in 2019 they had a bad batch
