engine stalling and pulsating while idling

Hi, I've been having issues for about a month with my 95 4 runner cutting out while driving(anywhere from 20mph to 55) , it starts right up again and will drive fine but eventually it would stall out again. I changed my fuel filter, air filter and sprayed out my MAS with appropriate spray but now when I start the engine it runs fine for about 10 -15 secs and then begins a pulsating rev anywhere from 1500 rpm to 1750. A couple times I tried it it would completely cut out,sputter and die after only a few seconds.The last time it ran at a steady 1500rpm for 10 secs and then returned to the pulsating run. Any thoughts?
