    With gas prices where they are I feel like I have to get every bit of enjoyment out of every liter of gas - no better way than to roll the back window down and cranking up some tunes and rolling from one destination to the next.

    For me at least this song does not fail to put a smile on my face, feel like it vibes with the 4Runner in a major way;

    What kind of stuff do you play in your 4Runner?

    Funny, Thousands of dollars sound systems and the stock SR5 Limited is fine for me. It’s the cassette recordings and the stock amp I guess just has more understandable (crossovers) midrange and the center staging is spot on.

    Grand Master Flash and the furious 5. That is when I'm traveling from Charleston SC to Charlotte NC. Nothing wrong with a little metal church either. I know I'm too old to listen to that stuff, but I ain't dead yet!

    No such thing as too old! Only things I don’t listen to are “mumble rap”, because I love lyrics and wanna hear them, and teen girl music, because I raised two girls to hate that crap Lollipop trash.

    Who cares? This never shows everything anyway.
    This is scientifically proven to be the best song to play in your car in the summer or any other time of the year. It's even better with a 4Runner because you can roll down all of the windows, even the back one. I remember one time it was the middle of winter and I was driving with my girlfriend and this song came on the radio. We were almost home, but there was no way that I was going to miss this song. I circled the block a handful of times, rolled down the windows, froze our nipples off in the winter, and partied out to this song for three and a half minutes before we went home. She's not my girlfriend anymore. I can't imagine why, but at least I still have the memories and this song!

    That's a jam right there!

    Edit: I just had a flashback to hearing that on the radio on the drive home from a fishing trip. It seemed highly appropriate for the situation, as it was a guys only trip, and I was on my way home to my GF.

    Dr Feelgood was one of my favorite albums as a kid. "Girl, don't go away mad" still reminds me of my 6th grade GF. :D

    I got "Tragic Kingdom" when it first came out, but never really got into No Doubt.

    In 2016, I took my first road trip to Florida to visit my Mom and her boyfriend. I popped Tragic Kingdom in somewhere along the way down, and it's been one of my favorite albums since then.

    "The Climb" is my favorite song on it, and one of my favorite songs altogether. Every time I listen to it, or anything off that album, I remember that first drive down to Florida. I've driven down every year since then, and I look forward to it all year!

    https://youtu.be/kjW1USh3doM

    Edit: I just ran across some old live footage, and I seriously regret having never seen them live!

    Edit edit:. If anyone else is a fan, this is a really fucking good live version:

    https://youtu.be/jYkeS7e3UTQ

    After watching this, I don't think I have ever given Gwen Stefani enough credit as a performer. She's everything you could hope for in this performance.
