Recently bought TRD wheels for my 2018 4r SR5. I just bought my 4runner used a couple weeks ago, switched the stock suspension with the TRD Fox pro suspension, and my BFG Ko2's arrive next week. I really love the stance these wheels and tires can do on a 4runner, but I'm not sure if my wheels are TRD "Pro". If they aren't, then I guess I don't get that offset. I don't want to resort to wheel spacers either. My part number for the wheels is PTR2035110BK and here's the article I was reading.

    https://parts.olathetoyota.com/blog...text=How is a TRD Pro,widens the stance a bit.

It talks about the difference between TRD Pro wheels and just TRD wheels and my part number is listed under the TRD Pro section. That part did nothing but throw me off. Someone suggested I check the center cap to make sure (I mean they look the same but maybe there's a detail I'm missing).

Can anybody with more experience or more knowledge on this topic cross reference my part number so I know if I have that offset or not? Please help and thanks!

Post pictures, easiest way to tell. Or just Google the trims. You have SR5, venture, you off road, limited, and pro.

If you have the wheels in the link, those are pro.

Many with many more to go
Now the mildly confusing part. Some dealers will put an Off Road on the lot but add TRD Pro wheels and Predator (TRD Pro steps) on the Off Road. A lot of people add the Pro wheels since the Off Road wheels IMO, aren't the right design or fit for an Off Road branded vehicle. They look like they belong on a Limited or other 2WD or other non purpose off road trim level.

The easiest way to differentiate between the two wheels is that the TRD Off Road wheel is the ugly 7 spoke and the TRD Pro wheel is the ugly 6 spoke.
