PVT Pablo is right. My friend has a led bulb and now going to get the morimoto fogs..I think
RAZIR has a led fog light bulb. I saw it on youtube. I think you can also use it on your headlight low beams. Not sure on price.

I'm going to be blunt. I can see that you don't really don't care about what multiple people have told you. You asked an loosly related question in someone else's thread. Ebay LED's are junk. LED bulbs in fog lights are junk. When you mount LED bulbs in stock 2016 4Runner fog light housings you lose usable light and increase glare to oncoming drivers. You are making your fogs worse.

Now that you skipped over everything I just typed, and have not even considered any of it, I will answer your question regarding wattage. Halogen and LED wattage for bulbs are not equivelent. What a lot of ebay companies do is take say a 19w halogen and measure the lumens. Then they take their LED bulb and measure that bulb's lumens. Lets say the LED bulbs lumen output is twice what the 19w bulb is, they'll call it a 38w LED bulb, which isn't even close to correct. Simply put there is no way in hell those ebay LED's are putting out 80+ watts of power. That would be insanely bright

No problem man, happy you like em. If you look above the headlight there is a hole you can put a philips head in with a plastic wheel with teeth. Right is lower, left is higher.

I put some 6500K 80w halogen bulbs in the headlights to match the 6500k LED fogs. EBAY bulbs, about $25. Seems to be a little brighter than stock and same colors.
