Installed. Need to chop the body mount and do an alignment tomorrow. And get some better pictures.

Hey, how'd the paint fare when you removed the PPF?
    Was it yellowing or?

Small updates, the VLED headlights seem to work well, they do have a good cutoff, i fiddled with the adjustment and now i have them too low, so they need adjusting again. I’m trying to give them a fair chance before i go to HIDs because now I’m invested in them. I did this mod today to get rid of the DRLs since i have the DRL/fogs. And replaced the high beams with my old VLED fog light bulbs from my tacoma.
I chopped the body mount off, i need to have my buddy weld a plate on it still, trimmed the lower front bumper more and did the fender liner mod.

I’m going to do some build updates next week. Post some pictures of my LED light conversion, as well as some suspension update plans.

I have too many hobbies and not enough time. I installed a set of spc UCA’s and Bilstein 6112 w/Eibach #700 springs a couple months ago, I have material to make the fender liners that are missing, I will get some updated pictures soon.

Made some fender liners a few months ago… Also my Bilstein 6112 and Eibach 700# springs I painted red to go oem style. Also finally got some new tires! bFG KM3 315’s, they might be slightly smaller diameter but ride so nice. Ill post a few pics soon. Finally driving my new to me 4runner with new tires…so smooth.

    Your truck is looking awesome!
I noticed in your first post, you mentioned it came with the Toytec TRD Pro lift and you were able to get the "saggy front leveled back up." Was your solution to replace the front suspension with 6112 or were you able to work around the Toytec preload collars somehow?

Thank you . No I ditched all that. Running 6112 with Eibach #700 springs and 1/4” top plate spacers because i felt it still was too low. Plus SPC UCAs. Rides awesome, axle angles are good, no slamming when the front wheel drops off a bump or ledge, very happy.

Thanks man :D. Surprisingly better than with the worn 35’s.only slightly when reversing and turning. I have cut, and cut. I think its the stupid fender liner that goes over the washer tank. I’m going to try and relocate that thing somehow.

Traded wheels for some 17x9 Ray10’s. Not much else to speak of recently.

Finally removed the rack for restoration, needed to clay bar and wax the roof and refinish the Gobi. I used POR-15 and coated the whole thing, then used rustoleum2x black and satin 2x clear to finish it off. Pain in the ass to be honest, turned out good though. Sometimes you think while you’re doing a project the you should have just paid to have it done, but the satisfaction and whatever the outcome, you need to take pride in doing it yourself. Plus you have nobody to blame when it looks like shit or doesn’t last worth a shit. I will get some close up pictures of it and post them, I’m pretty satisfied with the results.
