Over inflate your tires = better gas mileage.....haha I don't recommend that

That would explain why Toyota ships them with 55 psi to dupe us into thinking we’re getting better gas mileage. Lol

on another note, when I test drive my 4 runner it had a full tank and the mileage to empty showed 420 miles on the full tank.
I have not been able to replicate that for the life of me.
I’m hitting 320 miles range on a full tank .
Anyone else hitting the 400 range?

Thursday will be a year with my rig and I have yet to test the mileage on a full tank. I always knew it wouldn’t be the greatest on fuel.

If your Range is 320 miles it means you got 16.5 MPG since the last fill up.

Lol! I expected to see it on a trail.

IIRC, estimated fuel range usually hits 0 with about 3.5 gallons in the tank, so a 19.5 gallon fill-up. 420 miles/19.5 gallons comes to about 21.5 MPG. I've gotten 21.5 on stock size KO2's with a roof rack, but all highway and <65 MPH.

How many gallons are you putting in at 320 miles?

I’m usually putting in about 15 gallons. I usually fill up at about 1/4 tank .

    If you're getting 320 miles/15 gallons, that's very good for a 4Runner! That's 21.33 MPG.
