    Hello Team Tires,

Curious if anyone knows the better performing A/T tire brand that experiences the lowest % of dry rot over time? I realize regions and extreme temperature shifts greatly affect the performance attributes of tires. I now reside in Idaho after living in CO, TX, OR, WA, MT, and PA.

I've experienced dry rot with Toyo & BFG M/T's at about the 4 year mark, or 50-60K mile range. Which was expected. On average, I got about 60K miles out of a 285 M/T Toyo tire on a Nissan Xterra.

My 4Runner, I currently am using the Nitto Terra Grapplers G2, E load tire at about the 3 year mark/39K miles with dry rot setting in. This is my first experience using an A/T tire in a 265/70/17. Anyone having issues with Nittos in dry climates experience dry rot? These tires were installed here in Idaho.

I understand my tires are on their way to the grave, just thought they might last longer. Cheers
