Snowboard rack

Anyone know of a snowboard rack that will attach to a Prinsu rack?

 

I have a set of the Rhino Rack ski/board racks, and the feet are removeable so you could probably thru-bolt them. Personally, I won't use them for boards- those either go in the cargo box or in a bag strapped to the crossbars. Road grime (and salt/slush) are terrible for the boards.

 

Yeah I agree and am torn. We have been strapping them to the roof but the strap broke this trip and the boards went flying down the road.

lots of 4 letter words were said and one board was damaged. Now we are trying to figure out the solution for the drive home next weekend.

 

Holy crap! What kind of strap? I use cam-buckle webbing straps for kayaks, windsurfers and board bags and I have never had one fail. Dakine, Thule, Yakima all make them and they are cheap-ish and durable.
