When do cars show up on the Toyota inventory website?

They made some changes to it somewhat recently where you need to include the Referer=https://guest.dealer.toyota.com/ in the request, so you can't just put the URL into the browser and get results. Also, I think that api is only good for certain regions, and if I remember correctly, some of the southern states use a different system so you may not get results for your VIN if that's the case.

I have noticed that something that I am not sure is certain for all cases but when a car gets to the dealer it will return a 404. I have only seen it once so I can't say for sure.

 

Yeah, mine showed a 404 the day after I finalized the sale, I believe.
