My 98 4 Runner didn't pass emissions again

Hi all,

I am new to the forum and I finally got my 98 Limited Ed. 4 Runner out of storage and running. In 2012 had the spark plug replaced, the one on the bottom, ugh, and after that she never passed emissions. She has 128,000 miles on her right now.
Finally, after putting her in storage in 2013, I have her up and running like a charm. She still didn't pass emissions as of yesterday but I have temp tag for a month to get her up to snuff.
I am driving to see if maybe 100 miles will clean her to pass but I am wondering if there is anything else I can do to have her pass.

Make sure when you take it in for re-inspection you have driven it for at least 45 minutes prior.
