    Just re-read the thread wondering why on Earth the meltdown.......first world problems if you ask me....

    So meanwhile, in the real world, children are starving, some having their wiggles ripped off by a priest, Asians getting acid thrown in their faces, Betty White and Bob Saget are dead (RIP), Putin's finna bring back Soviet Union 2.0...........

    And yet here we are..... a bunch of grown men and women...... arguing about TRD Pro Ladders, skid plates, and Whose wife needs a locker or not.

    Yep, and the one-off color option. I think every year, the Pro gets one exclusive color, one "regular" color like MGM or Barc Red, and black and white.

    Later, they started adding things like the sunroof, TRD exhaust, and goofy roof rack. JBL sound system and dual climate control from the Limited. I think they might still have plain mirrors though, at least in the US.

    But they did start (more or less) as the TRD-OR without KDSS and sunroof. Add shocks and wheels, done.

    BTW for the record on the turn signals, I think it's a feature that should be standard across all vehicles no matter the trim or cost. Safety and lives have no price..... unless as already mentioned earlier you are a dumb bean counter..... Its just a stupid decision for a vehicle that is nowhere near the price point of a Yaris.
    It takes me back to the days when base cars used to have roll-down windows and you needed to get a newer trim to go from "AM/FM Radio to AM/FM Cassette" lol. (just dated meself a little there :bananadead:) I'm not sure anyone ever ran the cost figures for what it cost to produce a radio with no cassette just to make the Civic CX differentiate from the LX. I'm pretty sure the cost would have been cheaper just to make a cassette deck for everything and throw it in. It's almost as if they (the manufacturer) wanted to punish you with torture via no cassette for even trying to buy a CX over an LX.

    (For you younger ones that never knew what it was to take your Ray-O-Vac batteries and throw them in the freezer to suck another 10 minutes of life out for your Green-Screen Gameboy, consider yourself blessed......)

    ok... my "Woke Millenial" rant useful 25 years back is over...........My apologies for taking 90 seconds of your life :laugh:
