I am looking for a gear net to put behind my 2nd row of seats. I carry the basics, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and the like, but I am wanting to get away from the rubber made tubs in the back. I run a park concession, all summer and need the space for cases of pop and firewood. I want to keep camera gear in front of the net, when the seats are folded.

This is similar to what I am looking for: https://raingler.com/products/4runner-5th-gen-barrier-net for but the $200 price tag for just the webbing is to much. That does not include the molle bags. I really like the look though and thought maybe someone here might have some ideas.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Well, this covers part of what you are asking.

I have a Volvo semi sleeper cargo net, bought for $10 on Ebay, which I use as a barrier. I have the rear seats folded down and the bottoms removed pretty much all the time. The net clips in to the rear passenger hand holds up top, and the mounting bolts for the rear seat bottoms, using S Biners. This basically creates a net between front and back.

When you buy the net, it comes with seat belt connections in the 4 corners, so you could actually install it semi permanently by mounting the female seat belt ends permanently to the truck, and then just clipping the male ends (attached to the net) in and out as needed. I removed the seat belt ends by cutting them off because they made the net a little too large for my application.

The only picture I have just shows the net draped over some cargo but if you use your imagination you can see what I mean. I'll maybe string it up and take a picture later.

Basically for $10 you get a seat belt net that you can adapt as needed to your use.
