A pic of your 4Runner in a Landfill area. Huge hills of covered trash and heavy equipment.

 

Man that forum sucks wrinkly wildebeest balls. Im not sure why I even bothered to sign up there. It's a pain to use.

 

The other forum seems to have more how-to mods.

 

That's exactly why I'll be driving mine all year. It cost too much to use as a toy, lol

 

Landfill dump station. Mmmm smells like poverty and rancid meat. And why are there seagulls here when the nearest large body of water is 100 miles away?

No point in dilly dallying. We got a few new posters / players so may as well keep it moving!

 

It's wintertime! We have seagulls and pelicans hanging out at our lakes in East Tennessee.

 

Because we have some new players, I just want to put this out as a reminder. This game is seeking lots of photos. So even if someone beat you to the challenge pic but you had taken a photo for the challenge, please post it up as an also-ran. You can't issue a challenge but at least we will see your awesome vehicle in some unique pictures. More pics make this a more interesting thread.

 

Here’s an old record store that I used to frequent when I was in college back in the ‘80s. It is the go-to place in town for buying and trading classic vinyl. I also took a couple of other pics from other shops in this area of town called Happy Holler.

Next challenge: Your ride with a classic motorcycle, car, or truck.

 

Damn! I stopped at the Smiley barn for a photo today, but I'm too late! Now I need to stalk someone with a classic car.

What’s the definition of a classic car?

Here’s a Bakersfield low rider Chevy truck I’m guessing early 1970s vintage.

OK. Looking it up, it seems in the US a classic car is defined as older than 20 years. In that case a lot of 3rd Gen 4 Runners and earlier are now classics

Works for me

 

Anything snow is going to have to be from somewhere other than East Tennessee. This last week, they put down enough salt that it looks like snow on the roads but we're going to be near 60F this week.

 

Maybe some of the east coasters experiencing the “bomb cyclone” this weekend can get some pics. If they can manage to dig themselves out.

 

Snow midget. Not at night but this has languished for a bit so let's bump it up.

Next challenge, your vehicle with a barn advertisement / barn painting.

Lots of barns around here, one 25 yards from my front door, and a dozen more within a half mile radius, but I have yet to see a sign or ad advertising one around here.

 

And here I am, driving through Indiana not even paying attention. The whole state's basically one giant corn field. There's got to be a few barns around here somewhere
