mounting nilight light bar

I purchased a Southern-style bumper with a 20-inch cut-out for a lightbar (specifically a C4 design I think) but I don't want to spend the money on a $500 light bar. I already have a 20-inch Nilight light bar and wanted to know if there will be any way for me to be able to mount that in its place without drilling into the bumper. The Nilight bar is supposed to be mounted from the bottom.

Secondly, I bought a Rugcel 13500 lb winch that I am planning to mount to my bumper but don't know if it will fit either.

I am not sure about the SSO bumper, but the C4 bumper only takes lightbars with a single row of LEDs and is no taller than 2" - which there are quite a few options.
