I am looking for some sub-$100 4Runner accessories I am overlooking on our 4Runner TRD Pro and I figured posting this you would instantly have an idea on what I need, so GO! suggest away!

 

LED interior lights are a good low cost one.

 

Be careful with cheap LED add on’s. They can wake up the electrical gremlins in a car.

I’ve been personally witness to this.

 

Center console organizer and neoprene console lid cover. Should be less than 40 bucks for both.

 

Vehicle OCD:
-Center Console Divider
-Center Console Tray
-Glovebox Organizer

 

A solid cell phone mount.

made a few small 'mods" but I really like these things, very simple but useful. adds some depth so that I can actually use the little shelves on the doors to hold random stuff.

This bug deflector. Been through the car wash dozens of times in a year. Excellent product and was recommended by someone here who also is a car wash guy like me.

 

Center Console Tray is a must have, Glove Box Organizer and Internal LED Lights (I went with all RED LED except for the Mirror Visor Lights and License Plate Lights which were White. About $1 a bulb)

 

That's the reason I got my console cover too. I owned it a week, and the dog left nail imprints on the console lid. I also think it probably helps in the summer, I bet that lid gets hot in the sun.

 

Agree !!! Amazing how those three items make both storage compartments so much more useful and convenient.

Haha. My dog was always trying to sit on the center console in my Tacoma, but she gets tethered. So she rested her face on it. She hasn't been in the 4Runner yet...trying to prevent any gouging on the center console. Didn't even think about it getting sun baked yet.

 

I bought my 4R in Feb, I just assume that vinyl factory cover material will get hot AF, haha. I also think the black cover looks better than the grey lid in my 13.

I'd suggest some covers for the rear door panel too if your dog is back there. Mine stands on the armrests when he sticks his head out the window, haha. I've seen plenty of cheapie on Amazon.

So you mount it to the inward passenger seat track bolt then swing it over the center console toward the driver?
