No such issue with my trans shifter but I do notice that my 4wd shifter has a high frequency vibration all the time but only notice it if my sunglasses end up next to it..

The t-case shifter is mounted directly to the t-case. So engine torque/vibes etc will automatically be transmitted to the shifter. The tranny shifter is not, there's got to be something loose in your gearshift assembly IMHO

Doesn't the limited only have the lame dial for low range? Or can you get it with a lever also.

Yes, I thought the 4wd lever comes only on the Off Road and Pro trims, and everything else got the dial selector that controls an electro-mechanical actuator on the t-case.

Regarding OP’s post, if your transmission gear selector is rattling, that is weird. I think there are only cables between it and the transmission, so vibes shouldnt be transmitted to the lever. You might have some foreign object in the shifter, so you might need to take off the center console to look.

If there are vibes coming to the cabin in general causing rattles, might not be a bad idea to take a look at the engine, trans, t-case mounts.
