2008 4Runner Sport

hello everyone, i just bought my 2008 4runner and within a week i put bilstein 5100 and 270/70/17 Falken Wildpeak AT3s on and i took it on the interstate for the first time after all that and at a steady speed on throttle or with cruise on there was a drone sound and my floorboard was buzzing on and off with the sound of the drone. could it just be the tires or could it have been a bad balance/alignment or is there something else i need to look at? thanks.
