I gotta hook the DVD player up to the parking brake? Is it grounded or does it need power?

Ahhh, the quality I would expect from Soundstream. Gets more stations than factory, sounds better, too!
And I can play movies!!!!

 

Hey, you can disable the “breake” detection for the DVD player.

 

would this be better in my 2002 than a Pioneer would? and weird question is it possible to put the temperature controls below the unit if I cut my housing up?

 

Well, I would say better than pioneer or Ken wood, but it’s $269, so price match the options you need. You should have a double din stock so it will fit, without modification, but ask Crutchfield, they even give you step-by-step instructions to take the dash apart. They have these on sale at Crutchfield for $169 without some features. Get them before they are gone.

Has anyone hacked the OEM 2021 audio system to permit video while in motion? I miss that from my old car where we did a brake bypass so I could run video while driving.

This has a front camera RCA input. The “green “ buttons constantly change, there are seven colors.

 

Well, my wife isn’t happy with the radio. It doesn’t have XM or steering wheel controls. I’m prob gonna trade it in on a new Corolla. It is almost 8 years old.

 

And, when I drive down the road seems people flash their lights at me then swerve into my lane.

 

Now, I have a flat tire with a screw in it. Luckily it’s in the middle of the tread away from the sidewalls. I LOVE this car it’s kept me safe and I even put a deer in the trunk!!!

 

Two screws, never seen that before.

 

I’m having these installed Sunday! “Black Friday” buy three get one free. And insurance replacing the two damaged BFG’s on there now. One has a bump on the side and the one with two screws.


This radio is nice because it tunes in stations better. And sounds amazing. I don’t know how I ever lived without a DVD player. Only draw back is the GPS starts every time it’s on? I will figure it out.

 

This is in a 2014 Corolla “S”, fully loaded, keyless entry, push button start, and sunroof. It’s got about 170k miles on it. It’s been so good to us.
Except the radio, and an actuator in the HVAC broke.

 

I was going to get Infinity speakers. But, the tires set me back over $700 installed. Some Black Friday sale.

 

This radio is junk the CD player already broke.

My gas door got stuck open. I was gonna rip it off but a guy held pressure why I pulled lever. That’s why you don’t have one on the 4R because they can’t afford to make one that lasts anymore.
Don’t even listen to this radio it doesn’t pull in stations you need analog now.

 

You know I have never listened to a song on XM? It’s all crap. Especially Howard Stern. I have never laughed at one of his stupid jokes.

 

Well, I have since paired my phone up to it. Listening to my free U2 album they gave out. But, low and behold the CD player works now I think it was moisture.

The gas door just had pollen built up on it. It works fine.

 

This CD player only worked for one year. Guess I got my money out of it.

 

Must not like a brand new Johnny Cash cd.
