The Weim is absolutely loving the new 4Runner and does not miss being wedged between two car seats. She now has the most space having the entire back. Yesterday she ended up with 10 staples, didn't even flinch getting them (with a local) and hasn't slowed down since we got home.

She is, 10 years old and still ready at a moments notice for a ride, run or adventure.

Beautiful Weim. They are the most amazing dogs. Miss mine everyday. We had to put her down this past June at the age of 14.

Sorry for your loss, moto! Weimie's are beautiful dogs! Man, I love looking at dog's eyes - they are so expressive! Gotta run, I haven't hugged my Ridgeback pure mix for over five minutes...

Sorry to hear that Moto. She is getting up there but still a pup when it's go time. Her new thing is just barking at us until she gets what she wants (aka treats) but I suppose once a dog hits 10 they earn that right.

Thanks guys. We were lucky to have her as long as we did. We spoiled the hell out of her the last few years too. They desere it.

So Drew, I know it’s been a minute since your original post, but what’s the story behind the cut/staples?

Well we got another Weim back in July. Lexi is almost 7 months old now.

The first pic is her first day home after our two states away trek to get her then in chronological order to most recent.
