    I'll start. Today is prep day fpr 100 lbs for pulled pork. Enjoy.

    Oh its looking good. Had to throw some water in the fire box to get the heat down. We're good now. 300 degrees for the next three hours amd let the smoke roll. Apple wood, hickory and oak all mixing together.

    200 people ish.... My church is rite down the street so I'm close. I generally cook for the big events because I can watch the food cook all night.

    Recently started using a smoke tube in my Yoder YS640 pellet smoker. Made a big difference in the smoke ring and overall smoke flavor in the latest brisket I smoked. My best brisket ever off the Yoder. Forgot to take a picture of the whole brisket, but I put shot of the burnt ends below, along with a link to the smoke tube. If you use a pellet smoker, you may want to consider adding a smoke tube.
