Here's an investment you may find worthwhile? I'm using the DIC-20 model and the system is every bit, the burger in the commercial. Rinse the truck with tap water, wash with tap water and soap, and do your final thorough rinse with the deionized water system, then walk away. It'll dry spot free. For me it means in the summer I don't have to wash the truck at 1am  :)

I just looked into these recently. My wife’s car is white, my 4Runner is silver, but my other car is black. I’m into detailing and enjoy it greatly, but in southeast summers a black car dries in literally a flash. Usually I can wash it then pull it straight into the garage to hand dry it, but if I do absolutely anything between washing and pulling it in, spots have already formed.
