needed to replace my tires on a 2016 SR 4runner so I decided to go with Goodyear Wrangler Duratac LT285/70R17's. I need to replace the shocks so I'm going to go for maybe a 2" lift at the same time.... any recommendations

Too many options, but if you want something solid and simple I'd go with Dobinson or OME

I'll stick with my stock suspension/spacers.

Reading all the challenges and complexities of aftermarket suspensions stresses me out.

I like the Ironman setup on my 4Runner. I got a lot for around $2200 (stage 3 foam cell pro kit, kinetic snatch rope, recovery shackle, 12k# winch, and traction boards, and free shipping). I don’t know what will be coming near holiday season but thought I would throw this out there. This was in March 2021 I did this order. Paid an overland shop here in NC to do the install. It is really nice!

I'm running a Bilstein 6112/5100 setup and it's great for it's price range. Eibach is another good budget option. Dobinson has options all over the price range as well.

    What's your budget?

How high do you want to lift?

What are you using the truck for?

My lift: Dobinsons IMS59-50700 shocks - coils C59-302 Front - Dobinsons shocks IMS59-50705 - Coils C59-505 Rear. Mike is the source to contact and is a Resident member on this Forum. www.exitoffroad.com - I'm an advocate for Dobinsons and so are many others here on the Forum, because of quality, reliability, performance, off-road capabilities, without sacrificing comfort on the pavement for daily driving. The decent price, is icing on the cake.

Radflo hands down! Excellent customer service, comparable to Kings, Fox, and Icon, and inexpensive. Bought my stage 3 Radflo Suspension Kit from YotaMafia during black friday last year and got a killer deal.

2.5 Front and Rear Adjustable Coilovers EXT, Total Chaos UCAs, and 3" ARB Rear Medium Springs.

Ran Kings on my Prerunner Ranger and on my Tacoma. Decided to switch it up and go with Radflo. Absolutely glad that I made the switch!

Fuel Trophy 17x8.5, Nitto TG2's, Roof Rack delete, RC spacer lift and so much more to come...
So we know how high you want to go...

    But whats your budget?
For $200, you can do a simple spacer lift.
For $600ish, Bilstien 5100's on all 4 corners with some rear springs ( OME, Eibach, Dobs, Icon...)
For around $900, you can do a full kit ( too many companies to list but plent of really great options), consider this those "Stage 2 kits.
$1000+ full out right off roading awesomness... Fully adjustable in height, compression and rebound, along with other features...

So how much do you want to spend?

I have a stg 2 ironman foam cell pros with 2.5” performance front coils and 2” performance rear coils with toyo at3’s. Love the ride of the suspension.
