Green 2000 Manual 4WD

I'm looking for ideas for my 2000 manual 4WD. I don't intend to go overboard at this point but would appreciate any recommendations on lift type, wheels, tires roof rack etc. I was thinking about maybe bronze TRD wheels. And should I get the chrome painted?
