Rear bumper upgrade - bad idea?

Hi it's me again. This time talking about my wife's desire to upgrade her rear bumper with something more substantial than stock. She wants a place to hang the big spare wheel she bought and still have a "stock like" rear camera location. She likes the design and build quality of C4 Fabrication, but I'd like to know if anyone else here has purchased this kit? Is it a quality choice?

So, my wife is looking for something like the following. And yes... she wants the high lift, extra tanks and that track thingy that looks like something my psychotic chiropractor puts me on to "fix" by back.
