2021 Venture air vents blow hot air when the thermost knob is on low cold air with AC off

    When the thermostat knob is at the lowest level without AC OFF, I am seeing the lower vents are blowing hot air. I noticed this in my 2021 venture yesterday when the outside temp was 72. Instead of circulating cool outside air, the lower vents were blowing hot air. Anyone else seeing the same issue? Wondering if I need to take it to the dealer to get it fixed.
