What is the name of this part and how concerned should I be? The pictures are the front passenger side. I don't know much of anything about suspensions so bear with me. Thanks for any help.

I'm probably off base but I'm gonna say a Front stabilizer control link?? There's a tire shop in my town that will look at it and tell you what to do, but the looking part typically is free. Might get lucky and find someone nice to help you out. Is it critical to fix? I don't know, but I don't like leaking things on my car. It is probably a fairly easy fix, and I imagine it would improve the firmness of the ride a bit.
