Bilstein 5100's with a RSG skid plate?

I don't have any interest in larger tires than stock or an actual lift/level as I do tow so need the rake but I'd like a bit better suspension on an ORP w/ KDSS over the OEM.

Would I want to use the .85 setting for the front due to the weight of the skid plate?

Also, does anyone sell them with factory rate springs installed already on the fronts?

 

The 2nd setting should level the truck from what I know so not sure a skid plate with be enough to run the front end back down to where you have rake still.
