    Extended valve stem, valve cap, bead. Use a nail or punch to press the plunger out as far as it will go, hold it out with vice grips. Two opposing cuts with a small Dremel cut-off wheel. Release the vice grips, drop a bead in the cap and tighten.

    55 seconds gets my tires from 32# to 20#

    Just a spring pushing pressure opposite the escaping air. Tweak it a little until it closes at the PSI you want. Can’t see spending the $$$. I was pretty surprised as how consistent they are.
