I had that problem with one of my headlights when I replaced the bulbs with LEDs. I found that the dust cover wasn't on correctly. To dry it out, I took the dust cover off and placed a hair dryer on hot and high pointed into the headlight cavity. I think it took about 45 minutes or so to clear out the moisture. After replacing the dust cap and checking it to make sure it was on correctly I haven't had a occurrence of moisture again - that was over 2 1/2 years ago. These covers were also drilled but sealed with silicon.

I used HIDs in the past with drilled holes on dust cap. I was always worried about this problem. Then I got GTR Ultra 2 and got 2 new dust caps as well.

Do you need new headlight housings? I would use large desiccant pack in each headlight, seal it properly and wait a few days. That condensation will be absorbed and the headlights will be good to go.

None. Bone Stock. EXCEPT: Brushguard, tow hitch, both welded to the frame. It's good to have friends and a fully equipped garage!
Some white rice, before it's cooked, in a small bag made of women's nylons, will absorb a huge amount of moisture.

There's also, of all things, cat litter, made up of the crystals that are used for holding liquid in women's pads, diapers, plants without dirt, etc etc. Readily available in pet stores, and on-line from pet sources like Chewy, and so on.
Again, a small bag made of women's nylons filled with the litter will absorb a ton of moisture. It's also cycleable. Once the crystals absorb moisture, it can then be dried out. A short stint in an oven on warm, they get dry as a bone again, ready to absorb like crazy once more.
I keep a couple socks, one inside the other, filled with the stuff in all my vehicles. It absorbs moisture out of the interior, reducing the amount of fog on the windows and windshield when it's cold out.

You can even our some rice, or the cat litter crystals, into the headlights directly, and then dump it out when the moisture's been absorbed. Both cheap, easy to obtain, solutions.
The dehydrator packets mentioned above have the same crystals the cat litter is made of in them, and are readily available at most firearms stores. Many people throw a few into their gun cases to keep their guns from rusting during storage. The cat litter crystals are just a cheaper source. Couple them with a pair of L'Eggs (anyone still use those??) and you've got all the dehydrator packets of whatever size you desire.

    Have fun!
