I had gunmetal gray 6 shooters on my '08 gray 4Runner. Loved them and loved the look. I hate the OEM wheels I have and have been contemplating going back with another set of 6 shooters in gunmetal gray. I've searched but the 6 shooters do not seem to be as popular with the 5th gen crowd. Does anyone have these wheels, or something close in color, on a nautical blue? I'd love a pic.

You run what YOU think looks good/right, at the end of the day, you live with the choice. I've seen some wheels that personally I wouldn't buy, but after some time, seen them on someone else's vehicle and thought; I wouldn't pick those, but, they don't look too bad! The Six Shooters definitely don't look bad on any Gen 4Runner. (IMO)

Shockingly I really liked the TRD rims and put them on day one. I never had a thought of anything else but thats me. As previously said YOU are the driver and the vehicle should reflect you.

I’m a fan of the 6- shooters and think they will look fine on a NBP Runner

Personally like the TRD wheels in the photo - any chance you want to sell those wheels and tires in a package deal ???

Currently looking for a DEAL on new wheels and tires before winter for my wife’s NBP Runner that has factory aluminum wheels with Black plastic covers since we purchased it 2- years ago- covers are TIGHT- never had them off because I don’t think I can get them off without breaking them

    +1,

I prefer the Pro rims. I love the Nautical blue though. I wish you guys would stop posting pictures of the blue, it's giving me buyers remorse. I drive the Stormtrooper version. ;)

I have MGM, but have to admit that Nautical Blue Metallic and Black look really great together.

The look is ok, but I don't like the finish. It's a textured matte that gets chalky looking over time. And they are a complete bitch to clean. And too narrow.

I don’t think of wheels like that as revolvers.

I like em. Lightest Toyota wheel available, apart from the super expensive Volks TE37 wheels. Great bang for the buck. Barc red instead of naughty blue, sorry.

Those really look good on red. I may have to take the plunge and call Dustin for another set.

A matter of taste, I think the TRD rims look good on blue 4R's; but that is just me.

My Nauti Blue with Gun Metal rims... Really enjoy the color combo. The silver of the stock rims and rack just didnt look right to me. So they are now gone. Im in the process of finding paint to match the rims so I can do the emblems in the same Gun Metal...

Now that's the closest I've seen to what I was looking for - thanks a lot for posting the picture.
