W59 transmission fluid change

    There were 2 manual transmissions used on 3rd gen 4runners. The first was the R150 (or R150F for 4x4 equipped 4runners) transmission found on most (manual) 4runners, this was only used on V6 4runners. The other manual transmission (and the subject of this thread) was the W59 transmission that is only seen paired with the 3rz-fe 4 cylinder engine, like my 4runner.

    I don't know how compatible information is between these two transmissions so I had to clarify that.

    What and how much transmission fluid should I get for my manual transmission?

    Also can I use the same crush gaskets that I would put on the differential for my transmission?
