2016 Tacoma TRD Sport wheels on 4Runner

    I changed the wheels/tires on my '16 Tacoma and wanted to move the stock TRD Sport wheels over to my wife's 4Runner. Thought it would be a nice upgrade from the stock SR5 wheels. ("photoshoped" pic before/after)

    Perhaps this was obvious but, unfortunately... Those wheels don't fit the 4Runner. Even though the rims are the same diameter, 17", the interior diameter of the rim is a bit smaller. The Tacoma wheel has more girth on the inside and it didn't allow the wheel to avoid the brakes.

    Thought I'd share in case anyone searches for this.

    None...yet...
    It looks like he was saying that the Tacoma wheels would not fit. I thought the bolt pattern was the same not sure about depth of wheel or whatever he was mentioning though.
