Wires were detached from transmission connector

Some wires were detached from the connector. External harness to transmission. Need to get the correct colored wires.
2004 4 runner 4.7 V8

 

Cant even find a wiring diagram but to start you off its aptly called the "transmission wire", from what your pic looks like. You can try rummaging around a FSM in the A750F automatic transmission system area for the 2UZ engine. Hey man, dealing with a similar situation with mine but the wires are there they just bypassed the connector, drilled through the internal harness sealed plug and pulled wires then crimped them into the main harness. Found it whilst chasing fluid leaks... Wonder why it's leaking from above the pan seal.... Grrr
Anyhow, did you dig up any wiring schematic resources? Colour codes for the internal harness to main harness? Anything useful?
I can't even express my rage at this level of stupid ass-hattery!

 

2003 or 2006 the same?

 

Those manuals should just about be the same, though pretty sure Toyota changed just a few wire colors between the years. The pinouts should definitely be the same though. But between the FSM and the Haynes manual for the 4th gens you should be covered.
