03 v8 4runner blinkered problem

03 v8 4runner

I got an 03 4runner and only the front blinkers don't work but looks like the fuses are only for all 4 lights. And yes I changed the bulbs to. Can anyone help

Sounds like a ground issue. If a bulb was out only the side that was out would be affected. If both front blinkers share the same ground it could cause them both not to work.
