Hello folks, new to this forum but not 4runners. Owner of a 2007 Limited 4.0, bought my rig last May. Good thing about these things is I love being able to work on them myself... watch a video next thing you're changing a front wheel bearing. Hope to have some fun on this forum.

    Thanks,

It's my daily driver, can't really go crazy with off roading mods, I think I will get a Daystar leveling kit, roof rack (which will hinder my laziness or going through auto car washes) and maybe a front bull bar. I definitely need to upgrade the stereo at some point.

I came from driving a 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer, which served me well had that for 10 years and had minimal repairs until the end...around 150k

So far I've done the following maintenance /repairs on my rig:

Had a branch torpedo a CV boot last fall (going to a jobsite for one of my customers), had the dealer replace that and the front sway bushings & bar links at the same time.

About a month later noticed a wheel bearing wasn't right, I changed out both of those myself with the help from my dad's fiance and great advice from Ethan on this forum.
This spring I replaced front and rear brakes with NAPA premium... Fronts I was able to do on a lift along with an oil change (Mobil 1 and OEM filter), the rears I had to do in my garage, back was killing me the following day, while I did the rears I also changed out the rear diff fluid with Mobil 1.

***While doing the front brakes noticed I have a missing clamp on the passenger side CV boot, it was pissing water. I bough a replacement but still haven't had time to swap that out yet.***

I changed the spark plugs about 2 months ago, come to find out they were the originals (one back NGK one bank Denso) I couldn't believe this thing never had the plugs changed
I have them positioned in correct firing order. Couple days later I cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor, Throttle body was filthy like a pig but the MAF was pretty clean
