Kind of boring, but our 2021 TRDORP replaced our 2016 SR5P. The 2016 replaced an Acura, which replaced an Acura which replaced our 2006 4Runner Sport.

The family 2006 Sienna Minivan.. I put 290k on it and never had to replace anything except belts as a PM.... Never even put spark plugs in it. My 16 year old son inherited it ..

4R replaced a 2017 WRX. Fun to drive but wasn’t practical with two kids in car seats.

2019 Yukon XL that in typical GM fashion, started turning into a pile of shit 13 months and 36K after I got it. The Yuk replaced a 2016 F150 Platinum that I had in four times a leaking panoramic moonroof. Every time I brought it in, it came out worse.

Mine replaced 2 cars, lol. I'm already itching to fill the open garage space, but I'm moving and buying a house shortly, so it'll have to wait. It was a bit of a weird transition (from a driving dynamics perspective) to the 4R, but I'm loving it now.

A 2020 Willys JLUR due to a multitude of quality issues steering play in the steering drifting on the highway, paint bubbling on 5 door hinges within first 1000 miles, engine knocking they couldn’t seem to fix with the 2.0 turbo with garbage etourqe extra batteries Italian crap engine. The Jeep (my first and last) the Quality with FCA JL ‘s is just not there!! The jeep replaced a crashed 2014 SR5 4R. I now have a new 2021 Silver SR5 Premium I’m back to Toyota 4R and all is well. That Jeep was a nightmare!

I was getting my 20K service done at the dealership yesterday and I walked over to the Jeep dealership. I was looking at a '21 Rubicon. The salesman walked out and I said I'm just looking. We got talking and he told me that Rubicon was $60K. I just laughed at him and said my '18 Rubicon Recon was $46K when I bought it. I said this prices are stupid for a Fiat. He proceeded to tell me all the features of the Jeep. I will admit they have done a great Jon with adding features and tech, but I told him I in the 19K miles I have driven my 4R it has been in the shop twice for oil changes. Every Jeep I owned had been in the shop no less than 5 times for warranty work in the first 10K miles. I will probably never be able to afford another Jeep and I like the reliability of my 4R.

My 2007 Mustang GT. Great car, but couldn't drive it in the winter. Zero traction with a V-8 and rear-wheel drive. Bought her new in Summer of 2007. Nice car with few issues in 12 years of ownership.

Blacked out badges, window deflectors, smoked 3rd brake light. I have a Borla muffler on order as well as some color matched engine cover stickers. I'll be painting the stock wheels soon as well. Falken tires in the fall as well.
A 2005 Grand Cherokee. It was my 3rd Jeep and I really liked it but all three had transmission problems and I was getting tired of that. I love the 4Runner and the reliability is a huge plus to me. Camping 7-2010 048.jpg

I drove Jeeps for over 30 years. Finally sold my last one in 2019 to try the 4R. World of difference. I don't think I'd ever want one of the newer models with all the electronic tech gizmos. If I could find a TJ with low miles I wouldn't mind adding it to the driveway.

Replaced my beloved 2014 Jeep SRT. Never a single issue in over 7 years / 70k miles. But the warranty was up, and it admittedly wasn’t as “tight” as it was new.

Earlier that year had gotten married and swapped the wife’s Camry for the Tundra. She was then driving the Jeep (which she LOVED), but went a different route and got the 4R Pro (which she also loves).

If I’m being honest…… I should have just given her the Tundra and bought a TrackHawk.

2005 Saturn Vue. I liked it bc it was an SUV...even did really well in a bad snow storm driving from North Jersey to almost Delaware. Got me to a lot of places a lot of times and never needed anything asides from oil changes and inspections. I miss it sometimes bc it was way quicker than my 4R, but it was 2WD and I needed 4WD and towing capacity. Got a good price at trade in and that was that! Good memories.
